RENTAL FEE SCHEDULE

Ballroom & Kitchen All Day/Evening (8:00
a.m. to Midnight), including set-up and cleaning fee $900.00 .
(Required cleaning in excess of 1-1/2 hours charged at $50 per hour,
will be deducted from deposit).

$200 deposit required to reserve your event
date.

Early Set-up (beginning 5:00 p.m. previous.
evening for full-day rentals (if available) $100.00

Hourly Rental (4-hour minimum rental,
except Saturday/Sunday-call for rates)
$65 per hour.

Tell us if you have rented
our club in the past. Discounts available for repeat rentals.
Renter is required to have
a Comprehensive Personal Liability Policy OR a Comprehensive General
Liability Policy naming the Saturday Club of Vacaville as an additional
insured – Five (5) days prior to event. A Certification of Liability is
generally available through one’s homeowner’s insurance policy. There
may or may not be a charge for this certificate by your insurance
company.
Policy limit amounts are
to be not less than $100,000 for individuals for the injury of any one
person and $300,000 for bodily injury or property damage in any one
occurrence, with $600,000 aggregate policy limit. Other use requirements
and restrictions are provided with the contract.

Note: The Saturday Club's monthly meetings are the second Saturday
of each month, except July and August. The building is not available for
rental until after 4:30 on those Saturdays.
